About Us

Mimi Song Company is one of Southern California’s premier land brokerage firms.  Throughout our history we have specialized in land sales to investors, developers and builders.  The company’s foundation is built upon the hard work of Mimi Song, who built from nothing one of the most recognizable brands in Southern California real estate.

Our office location within minutes of Ontario International Airport puts us in the heart of the Inland Empire’s growing economic base.  To serve our clients’ needs we focus on land development sites that can take advantage of the region’s growing economic strength.  Primarily our practice areas follow the major commuter freeway arterials including south to the 215 Corridor, east to Beaumont/Banning, and north to the Victor Valley.

Through our history we have assisted our clients in buying and selling hundreds of millions of dollars worth of land investments.  We have a deep understanding of how the land market operates and we leverage that knowledge to deliver clients unparalleled service in the transaction process.
